We are seeking a proactive and experienced Marketing Operations Virtual Assistant. This role will collaborate with a visionary entrepreneur who leads two American multi-tiered businesses spanning both Business-to-Consumer (B2C) and Business-to-Business (B2B) sectors, within the Software as a Service (SaaS) and trades industries.

Key Responsibilities:
* Marketing Strategy Development: Craft marketing strategies tailored to the unique needs of both companies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends.
* Content Planning and Creation: Develop compelling content and graphics for weekly blog posts, email campaigns, and daily social media content.
* Content Calendar Management: Create and maintain a detailed content calendar to ensure consistent and timely delivery of all marketing materials.
* Social Media and Community Management: Oversee the daily management of social media platforms, including proactive outreach, following and engaging with relevant social media accounts, responding to social media and email responses, and engaging in our Facebook community group.
* Podcast Editing and Promotion: Edit podcasts and create engaging reels and shorts for social media to maximize reach and engagement for YouTube, Instagram, etc.
* Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
* Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
* Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on content creation and strategy development.
* Skills Required:
– Strong written and verbal English skills.
– Proven ability to develop and implement successful marketing strategies.
– Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
– Developing multi-touchpoint email marketing sequences, and strategies to engage and convert audiences using different
funnel strategies.
– Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
– Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
– Proficient in Canva and Google Slides.
– Experience with Adobe graphic design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
– Skill in creating visually eye-catching social media design posts, banners, and hero images.
– Capable of designing sales enablement tools, including slide decks and one-pagers.
– Video editing experience would be an asset.
– Hubspot marketing and workflow automation experience would be an asset.
– Experience managing and growing a personal brand on social media would be an asset.
– This role is expected to report on daily activities, attend daily video meetings, and have a strong internet connection for these
meetings.
Wage: $4-6 USD per hour based on experience.
Hours: This remote graveyard position works approximately 9-5 pm Mountain Daylight Time (GMT -6).
