Lead Generation Group is seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Performance Manager to join our team. As we continue to expand our international presence, we are looking for an enthusiastic professional who will work across all markets. In this remote role, you will have the opportunity to manage high-volume paid media campaigns for a wide range of clients. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in managing campaigns.
Your responsibility will be to drive lead generation and optimise performance marketing campaigns on various channels, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance campaign performance and develop expansion strategies for new categories within specific sectors. This position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere as a completely remote business.

Responsibilities:
Take full ownership of PPC budgets and P&L across multiple markets, managing campaigns for a diverse range of clients.
Plan and execute expansion strategies for new categories within specific sectors and brands.
Optimise performance marketing channels, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms, to generate high-quality leads for our clients.
Conduct ad copy testing to improve campaign effectiveness across various sectors.
Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Analytics, Engineering, Sales, and other marketing functions to ensure seamless campaign execution.
Help develop audience strategies for different sectors and brands within our portfolio.
Budgeting, forecasting, and reporting performance to senior leadership.
Requirements:
4+ years of hands-on experience managing advertising campaigns with a significant ad spend
Excellent Fluency in English, both written and verbal ability.
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and other relevant performance marketing platforms
Experience in working across international campaigns
Ability to analyse and communicate data effectively
Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on innovation, execution, and scaling
Strong work ethic, personal accountability, and ownership mentality
Understanding of attribution and tracking methodologies
Required Experience:
How much ad spend have you managed in the last 12 months?
Digital marketing: 3 years (required)
Facebook Advertising: 3 years (required)
Google AdWords: 3 years (required)
Desired Skills and Experience:
Experience in Paid Social or Programmatic Display advertising
Background in travel, retail, or marketplace businesses
Basic knowledge of other digital marketing disciplines, such as SEO, Affiliates, Email, Display, and LinkedIn
Experience in B2B, B2C, and lead generation environments
