As the Marketing Project Manager for Freebird Headcare, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing all marketing campaigns, projects and tasks. You will manage the end-to-end process of creating, launching and analyzing campaigns, from ideation to reporting. Your role will be split 50/50 between project management and accomplishing tasks as an individual contributor, including loading campaigns into Klaviyo, reporting and other related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

– Manage the day-to-day execution of all marketing campaigns, ensuring that they are delivered on-time, on-budget and to a high standard
– Lead the ideation and development of new campaigns and initiatives, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams including design, development, sales and customer success
– Collaborate with the Marketing Director to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan, including email marketing, social media, content marketing and other channels as needed
– Set project timelines, manage resources, and communicate project status to stakeholders
– Monitor campaign performance, analyze results and make recommendations for improvement

Qualifications:
– 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a marketing or advertising role
– Strong organizational and project management skills, with experience managing complex projects and timelines
– Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana or Trello
– Knowledge of email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo or Attentive (Don’t worry if you don’t know Klaviyo or Attentive – we can train you!)
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
– A passion for marketing and a desire to learn and grow in this field
