We are seeking a highly organized and motivated ***Marketing Project Manager*** to lead our project teams and manage our diverse portfolio of digital marketing campaigns. This role is perfect for someone passionate about mental health, skilled in utilizing AI tools in marketing, and experienced in managing projects from conception to completion. As a Marketing Project Manager at Mentally Balanced Media, you will ensure that all projects align with our mission, meet our standards of excellence, and are delivered on time and within budget.

### Key Responsibilities:
-Plan, execute, and oversee the lifecycle of marketing projects, including timelines, milestones, deliverables, and budgets.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scopes, goals, and deliverables in alignment with company objectives.
-Utilize AI technology and data analytics to optimize campaign strategies and measure effectiveness.
-Manage and communicate with stakeholders to ensure expectations are aligned, providing regular updates and adjustments as needed.
-Identify potential project risks and devise contingency plans to mitigate them.
-Foster a positive and productive work environment that upholds our commitment to mental health awareness.

### Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred, but not required).
A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management within a marketing or advertising setting.
Demonstrable experience with digital marketing strategies and AI tools.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
