Marketing Project Manager

We are Adfluential, a performance marketing company operating lead generation campaigns in the UK, USA and Europe in the home improvements, finance, insurance and claims verticals. We have a team of 11 media buyers, video editors, designers and web developers in the Philippines, along with a team of 3 in the UK. This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing team.

Your role will be managing the development of the websites used to generate these leads including:

– Liaising with the designers to produce branding for new websites.
– Liaising with the director for briefs on landing pages required, and API details for lead submission.
– Liaising with the developers to manage their priorities and workloads.
– Writing copy for approval and/or requesting copy from the director.
– Getting design and development signoff from the director.
– Keeping projects prioritised, using Notion or another system, ensuring that work is flowing, blockers to work being completed are cleared and communicating with everyone involved to ensure everyone understands how projects are progressing.
– Prepare a daily schedule of items to take care of, highlighting urgent, important, and other tasks.
– Providing reports on project progress to the wider company.

You’re friendly, smart, not afraid to speak up, and you value being part of a team. I’m looking for someone with exceptional attention to detail, a proactive approach, effective time management and organisational abilities, strong communication skills, empathy, and strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

40 hours per week. Work from anywhere. I would like to wake up to daily dashboards and updated task lists by 8AM GMT+1. This will probably mean that you will start a couple of hours before that. 7AM to 3PM GMT would make the most sense in order to overlap with the team, but there can be flexibility.
