We’re looking for a highly talented, experienced, and proactive Marketing Project Manager to manage the marketing tasks within our growing team and client portfolio of independent kitchen retailers. Someone who takes immense pride in their work and results and will work towards our shared goal of growing our business as it develops into a global leader in kitchen renovation marketing.

Inspire KBB is a dynamic business with a small, forward-thinking and proactive team based in the UK and Philippines. Working closely with the other team members, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on them and our clients.

The role involves tasks grouped into two areas:

PROJECT MANAGEMENT
• Collaborate with our internal team to ensure smooth marketing project execution and provide project briefings and clarity on deliverables
• Keep track of marketing project schedules and ensure tasks are progressing and meeting deadlines
• Summarise weekly client meetings and delegate tasks to team members.
• Utilise project management software () to maintain clarity of tasks, deadlines, and project status

CLIENT RELATIONS
• Support the Account Managers in client communication and building relationships
• Address client enquiries and resolve issues on time
• Monitor and track the service plan for each client to ensure the delivery of all agreed services
• Assist with client onboarding and provide guidance to ensure a smooth introduction to Inspire KBB

You’ll be highly organised and can multitask with ease, having excellent work and time management skills and the ability to deliver to deadlines. You’ll also have a track record of getting work done through other people, helping your colleagues get better organised. You command a level of authority with colleagues where necessary, ensuring projects are completed in the designated timeframes.

The ideal candidate MUST:
• Have exceptional project management skills
• Have marketing agency or marketing department experience, or experience across multiple clients and sectors
• Understand the components and outcomes of SEO, Content Marketing, Social Media, Email Marketing, Paid Advertising (Facebook, Google, Pinterest), Website management, and CRM management (like Pipedrive and Zapier).
• Have experience completing basic digital marketing tasks and activities
• Show excellent attention to detail, with the ability to work to a brief and deliver high-quality output
• Be of graduate calibre (or equivalent) and will have a good level of practical business experience
• Experience with task management systems ( or similar)
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365

Hours: Fulltime – 40 hrs/week (Mon-Fri; mid-afternoon > evening PH time)

Salary: $850 – $2,000 per month, based on skills and experience

English: High-level written and spoken required

Reports to: Managing Director
