DOT & Company is a first-of-its-kind, client account management agency. We’re looking for personable and effective communicators who have extensive knowledge of the digital marketing industry. We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Marketing Project Manager to join our team.

About the role
The CAM Coordinator will work closely with the Client Account Managers, providing them with the necessary support on various internal components of their role. This includes project management, client reporting, media buyer coordination, client gifting, office administration, and new client onboarding management. The structure of the CAM Coordinator role is designed to ensure all team members are able to focus on high-payoff, high-value tasks, fostering efficiency and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring projects to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth project flow.
Client Gifting:
Manage the client gifting program, ensuring thoughtful and timely gifting to appreciate and retain clients.
Office Administration:
Maintain a well-organized, efficient, and positive work environment.
Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, communications, and filing.
Client Reports:
Prepare and deliver regular client reports, ensuring accuracy and clarity to maintain transparency with clients.
Media Buyer Coordination:
Coordinate with media buyers to ensure campaigns are on track and are achieving desired results.
Facilitate communication between media buyers and account managers.
New Client Onboarding Management:
Oversee the onboarding process for new clients to ensure a seamless transition and positive onboarding experience.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify and suggest improvements in processes to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
The ideal candidate has:
Experience in the digital marketing industry, ideally having worked in a Digital Marketing Agency. (Paid media, SEO, Content Marketing, Web Development, etc)
Confidence to work independently and efficiently
Project management experience managing various marketing projects.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Ability to multitask and manage time well, working on multiple projects/executions while maintaining the highest standard of quality
A cool, calm and collected approach to problem-solving
