If you think this contractor role might be for you, here are the details of what we’re looking for exactly:

* Strong project management experience is essential. We need someone to take charge of the ship, get stuff done and you’ll have the support of the entire team to do it. You will not be micro-managed to complete projects and get results.
* You will need to have some knowledge of cutting-edge digital marketing principles and be keen to keep learning and stay up to date.
* You have a proven track record of seeing projects through from start to finish and thrive on delivering.
* You can drive our content marketing and social media strategy across multiple channels. Including blog content, Linkedin, Instagram and YouTube.
* Ideally, you have basic experience with implementing SEO best practice principles on wordpress websites. This is optional. (SEO Research and content will be provided to you)
* You have previous experience monitoring performance of Google Ads or you’re keen to learn. You will need to track results/complete excel reports and report to management weekly/monthly.
* You have email marketing experience with Active Campaign and setting up email campaigns/automation/tagging etc. We have a third party company to help with this setup and training but experience with Active Campaign is essential.
* You can manage design and development teams to produce highly effective digital marketing campaigns.
* You can manage internal team members/third-party contractors and meet marketing KPIs.
* You’re open to training and willing to review premium online training videos to level up your own skills and implement what you learn in our business.
* You’re happy to do cold outreach via LinkedIn to build relationships with agencies and marketing consultants so we can increase our reach and form new partnerships.
* You can help us build systems to automate marketing tasks. We systemise everything and have a genius on our team that builds these out on the daily who can help you.
* You have an attention to detail and can prepare reports and monitor performance of campaigns.
* You can complete Executive assistant tasks – like inbox management, business proposals, and copywriting briefs for our team (you will be trained on everything you need to do here).
* You have no interest in running your own (competing) agency empire.
* You can hit deadlines (and thrive on delivering well before).
* You are an awesome human (this is a non-negotiable).
