Marketing Representative

The Marketing Representative provides key support to the internal and external operations of both new and current businesses. The Marketing Representative will manage internal and external marketing initiatives, coordinate with team members and stakeholders, participate in completing presentations, collaborate with the team to enhance the Firm’s presence among target verticals, and assist in lead generation activities. This position is a unique opportunity to work on both new business sales as well as play a key role in developing the Firm’s presence in the marketplace. This position will report directly to the CEO and regularly work with the senior management team.

Responsibilities for this position include:
Manage communication and schedule for marketing initiatives
Project management of internal and external marketing tasks
Provide new business support on proposals and presentations
Conduct research on competitors and leads
Develop knowledge about the industry and target verticals to advance the Firms in the market
Contribute to the organization of the department
Complete database entry activities, reporting, etc
Act as liaison between Marketing Representative, other staff members, and stakeholders to ensure Marketing representative tasks are completed from beginning to end
Provide positive influence within the organization
Provide efficiency by utilizing tools and resources to achieve goals

Job Requirements:
Implement proven processes to support marketing initiatives that generate inquiries
Ability to adequately demonstrate experience for the above job responsibilities
Excellent skills in logistics and project management
Ability to conduct research and collate the information derived
Ability to ensure a project is carried out through completion
Strong communication skills in both written and verbal forms
Excellent attention to detail and strong ability to produce high-quality presentations
Must have a professional demeanor
Ability to focus on the designed end goals of the organization
Excellent skills in time management
Ability to beat deadlines and work under pressure
Ability to work as a team player
Strong drive to learn how a Marketing Representative performs in the promotional advertising industry
