Hi,

We are a SAAS development company called ANROS Group that primarily build and promote our own products. We are looking for a creative and dynamic Marketing Staff Member to spearhead our marketing and sales initiatives. This role involves developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance our visibility and engagement across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of social media marketing and content creation (image, video etc.) with an interest in AI-driven content generation. We’d also like to implement and AI chatbot to assist with conversions and answering enquiries

Responsibilities:
– Implement marketing strategies to promote our software products and services.
– Create engaging content for social media platforms, including short videos, posts, and newsletters.
– Manage LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube accounts to increase followers and engagement.
– Execute PPC campaigns, video marketing, and influencer collaborations to drive brand awareness and product sales.
– Utilize AI tools to generate text, video, and image content for marketing purposes.
– Conduct market research and collect surveys to inform marketing strategies and product development.
– Develop and manage marketing funnels and product-based marketing initiatives.
– Participate in Branding and Design of products as required.

Qualifications:
– Proven experience in digital marketing, with some successful social media campaigns.
– Experience with content creation and management of social media platforms.
– Knowledge of PPC, newsletter marketing, and funnel marketing strategies.
– Ability to use AI tools for content creation, or, at least a strong interest
– Experience or Interest in using AI for chatbots and any other related purpose
– Excellent communication and creativity skills, with the ability to engage a digital audience effectively.
– Ability to lead other team members to achieve desired outcomes.

Our immediate needs are to canvas users for a trial of a new software we are developing and to come up a with a plan to promote various development packages we are putting together.

Salary Range: 15,000 PHP – 30,000 PHP per month, depending on experience and skills for 20 hours of work.
