WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are looking for an experienced marketing and sales VA with Kajabi experience to provide administrative support around lead generation and sales conversion efforts within our growing organization.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide daily marketing and sales support to the CIC team by…
– Conducting market and network research
– Collaborating with social media (SM) consultant on SM marketing efforts (paid and organic)
– Following up with with leads brought in via Linkedin, webinar funnels, and other lead capture systems
– Scheduling discovery calls and handling questions and follow-up
– Maintaining customer relationship management system and sales pipeline in Zoho
– Maintaining promotional email lists and supporting email marketing campaigns in Zoho and/or Kajabi
– Updating marketing materials including training slides, workbooks, sales brochures, speaker one sheet, and business cards
– Building/maintaining Kajabi-based funnels, courses, and automation
– Periodically updating / maintaining Kajabi-built website
– Assisting with client onboarding
– Communicating with team around marketing/sales issues using Asana project management system
– Assisting OBM with marketing/sales reports
– Supporting OBM to document and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to marketing and sales systems
– Participating in team meetings as needed
YOUR EXPERIENCE AND EXPERTISE:
– Two or more years of experience as a Virtual Assistant with marketing and sales experience
– Direct experience working in Kajabi
– Up-to-date knowledge of other commonly used online business platforms, such as: Asana or similar project management tool, Google business tools (email, calendar, drive, docs, sheets, slides, forms, etc.), Zoom, Acuity or similar online scheduling tool, Canva
– Strong written and verbal communication skills
– Direct experience handling multiple admin projects simultaneously
– A proven track record of creative and efficient problem solving

COMPENSATION:
This is an independent contractor position. Initial estimated time commitment is an average of 40 hours per month (average of 2 hours per day). Compensation is based on an hourly rate of $7 – $10/hour USD to be paid on a monthly basis.

– We are located in the Pacific Time Zone, USA.
– The Sales and Marketing Virtual Assistant will report to CIC’s Online Business Manager.
