Job Description:
As a Remote Marketing Senior Associate at Terra Rossa, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating marketing assets for various projects. Your role will involve meticulous attention to detail, effective communication, and impeccable scheduling to ensure our marketing initiatives run smoothly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Asset Management:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect, organize, and catalog marketing assets such as graphics, videos, content, and campaign materials.
Maintain a comprehensive and easily accessible library of marketing assets.
2. Scheduling and Coordination:
Develop and maintain a marketing calendar that tracks all project milestones, campaigns, and deliverables.
Coordinate with project managers, designers, copywriters, and other team members to ensure timely delivery of assets.
3. Quality Assurance:
Conduct thorough quality checks on all marketing materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
Asset Distribution:
Manage the distribution of marketing assets to the appropriate channels and stakeholders, including social media, email campaigns, websites, and more.
5. Performance Tracking:
Monitor the performance of marketing assets and campaigns and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
6. Reporting:
Prepare regular reports on the status of marketing assets, project timelines, and campaign results for management and stakeholders.
7. Vendor Management:
Collaborate with external vendors, agencies, and freelancers to ensure the timely delivery of outsourced marketing assets.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
· Proven experience in marketing management or a similar role.
· Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
· Proficiency in project management tools and marketing software (e.g., Canva, Asana, HubSpot, Adobe Creative Suite).
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment.
· Familiarity with marketing analytics and performance tracking.
· Creative mindset and a passion for staying updated with industry trends.
