Key Responsibilities:

Research:

Conduct research to gather valuable insights for blog posts and content creation.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to inform our marketing strategies.
Social Media Management:

Create engaging and visually appealing posts on various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Facebook groups, and Pinterest.
Promote our website content, sponsored content, and upcoming events through social media.
Increase engagement through active participation in local Facebook groups and Instagram communities.
Administrative Tasks:

Assist with various administrative duties such as research and list building to support marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and workflows.
Customer Service:

Help create and maintain an FAQ to address common customer inquiries.
Respond to customer inquiries via email, providing exceptional support and solutions.
Requirements:

Proficiency in tools such as Canva for graphic design, and Google Docs for document management.
Strong familiarity with social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and YouTube.
Basic knowledge of project management tools like Asana for task organization.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines effectively.
Creative mindset with a passion for marketing and content creation.
Bonus Skills:

Experience with WordPress, including the ability to add and format posts.
Familiarity with creating Google Stories.
Ability to convert blog content into videos using relevant applications and upload them to YouTube.
