Marketing/Social Media Manager

We are currently searching for a Marketing Manager for a pre-existing Medical Aesthetics business in the UK. We are currently growing and need a driven, enthusiastic and trustworthy individual who wants to help change peoples lives. This is a very rewarding industry both emotionally and financially, we get to help people and really make a difference in the world but we can also make very profitable returns do this. We would love to find a hard working individual who wants to grow with our business who we can form a great friendship with. We are also willing to increase pay and add bonuses as the business continues to grow.

Being a Medical Clinic the candidate will need to be willing to familiarise themselves with the laws around advertising Medical Content in the UK. They will also need to know how to by pass Facebook and Googles blocking of such content such as using alternative phrases etc.

The ideal candidate must have experience and strong knowledge of audience targeting, lead generation and follow up and management of marketing strategies on Google, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. You will also be asked to help form localised direct marketing strategies after discerning what works best in this industry to reach the target audience. You will need a strong artistic eye, skills in graphic design and knowledge of creating capturing content which you will then post across the above platforms. With our help you will create seasonal and year round content. You will help update our SEO and manage new product launches on our website. We encourage you to form strategies and alert us to any factors you feel might help to grow the business.

You must have excellent written English and be able to meet deadlines.
