Job Description

Boost Crew, a leading provider of Online Specialists Outsourcing Services, seeks a Marketing & Social Media Manager to join our team and support one of our clients located in Dubai. This client operates a jewelry business and seeks assistance in managing their marketing and social media efforts. Preferred qualifications include experience in website management.

Title: Marketing and Social Media Manager Virtual Assistant

Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Create and schedule content across various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, responding promptly and appropriately.
Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

Content Creation:

Produce high-quality, engaging content for social media platforms, blog posts, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
Collaborate with graphic designers, photographers, and videographers to create visually appealing and impactful content.
Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience.

Community Engagement:

Foster relationships with followers, influencers, and brand advocates to grow the online community.
Implement strategies to encourage user-generated content and facilitate user interaction.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for engagement and partnership.

Marketing Campaigns:

Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across digital channels.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance and provide insights to optimize future initiatives.

Analytics and Reporting:

Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the performance of marketing and social media efforts.
Prepare regular reports detailing key metrics, trends, and actionable insights.
Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjust strategies as needed.

Weekly Ounass and Website Sync:
Coordinate with the team to ensure seamless synchronization of new products on Ounass and affiliated websites.
Optimize product listings with accurate SEO, images, and categorization.
Update landing page visuals to reflect current collections effectively.

Social Media and Online Presence:

Manage and maintain an active presence on platforms like Pinterest, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok.
Create engaging content tailored to each platform’s audience and algorithms.
Implement strategies to increase follower growth and engagement.
Lookbook and Marketplace Presentation:

Revamp existing lookbooks to showcase the brand attractively to potential partners and new marketplaces.
Collaborate with designers and content creators to ensure consistent brand representation across all channels.

Requirements:

Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing, with a strong understanding of various social media platforms and their best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content creation software.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently and remotely, while also collaborating effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Knowledge of SEO principles, email marketing, and basic graphic design concepts is a plus.
