Our marketing hire will be tasked with three main objectives.
1) Social media managing
– Schedule Social Media posts & short-form videos using SocialPilot with pre-made Canva templates
– Posts include Sold, CS, Just Listed, Reviews, property walkthroughs, Market Updates, etc.
– Create captions for posts using Ai
– Schedule YouTube Videos
– Research and creation of new posts
– Designing new posts with our team branding in mind using Canva
– Engagement on social platforms including liking posts, following accounts, commenting and responding to comments.
– Adding YouTube videos to our Blog
– Updating Liinks (LinkTree) with new videos
2) Real Estate Marketing
– Sending mailers using pre-made Canva templates
– Design feature sheets using pre-made Canva templates
– Design marketing material using team branding
– Order business cards for new team members
– Send out thank you cards (using template)
3) Research and preparation (Other)
– Research YouTube video ideas and create outlines for scripts
– Design Thumbnails for videos using Canva
– Update google business listings
– Create and send monthly newsletter using social content from that month
– Email market updates using templates
– Create Blogs
We’re seeking someone who’s proficient in Canva, and it’s even better if you’re familiar with social media platforms like Instagram and YouTube. Don’t worry if you’re not experienced in these areas; we’re happy to provide training.

We’re looking for a Marketing & Social Media professional with a multifaceted role. The main responsibilities include social media management, real estate marketing, and various research and preparation tasks. Proficiency in Canva is a plus, and familiarity with platforms like Instagram and YouTube is a bonus. Experience in these areas is not mandatory as we offer training. We value creativity, the ability to follow creative direction, strong communication skills, self-motivation, attention to detail, effective time and project management, and reliability. If you have real estate industry experience, that’s an added advantage.
