**Responsibilities:**
– Develop compelling lead magnets, ebooks, guides, or downloadable resources related to ThermiVA and vaginal tightening to capture and nurture potential leads.
– Design and execute effective cold outreach strategies to engage with potential clients, practitioners, and partners within the women’s health and wellness industry.
– Plan, execute, and monitor paid advertising campaigns on Facebook to increase brand awareness, attract qualified leads, and drive conversions.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative and engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
– Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust strategies and maximize results.
– Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
– Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices, implementing innovative approaches to enhance campaign performance.
– Work closely with internal teams to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business goals and branding.

**Qualifications:**
– Proven experience in creating effective lead magnets and downloadable resources, ideally in the healthcare or wellness industry.
– Strong background in cold outreach techniques, relationship building, and networking.
– Demonstrated expertise in planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on Facebook.
– Excellent understanding of the women’s health and wellness landscape, with knowledge of vaginal tightening treatments being a distinct advantage.
– Proficiency in utilizing data analytics and marketing tools to measure and enhance campaign performance.
