We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Marketing Specialist with expertise in Google Analytics, Basic SEO, Google Ads, and Content Marketing to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, data analysis, and a passion for driving results through data-driven decision-making. In this role, you will optimize our online presence, increase visibility, and enhance brand engagement through various digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement, configure, and maintain Google Analytics for our digital properties.
Monitor website traffic, user behavior, and other relevant metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
Generate regular reports and actionable insights to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and website performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve user experience, conversion rates, and overall website performance.
Conduct keyword research to identify relevant search terms and trends.
Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic.
Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics, such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, and backlink profiles.
Collaborate with content creators and developers to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into content and website structure.
Manage Google Ads campaigns, including keyword selection, ad copy creation, and bid management.
Continuously optimize campaigns to achieve optimal ROI and conversion rates.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Stay updated with the latest Google Ads features and industry trends to implement innovative strategies.
Identify and build relationships with relevant influencers and thought leaders in the industry.
Collaborate with influencers to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns that align with our brand and goals.
Provide recommendations for influencer selection and partnership strategies based on the target audience and campaign objectives.
Utilize data analytics tools to extract insights from various marketing channels and campaigns.
Create comprehensive reports and presentations that communicate campaign performance, trends, and opportunities to key stakeholders.
Use data-driven insights to recommend optimizations and adjustments to marketing strategies for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
Proven experience in digital marketing focusing on Google Analytics, SEO, Google Ads, and influencer marketing.
Proficiency in using Google Analytics, Google Ads, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and generate actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and SEO are a plus.
