Job Description

This position is a hybrid role with a primary goal of generating highly qualified inbound leads for the business development team. The hire will be responsible for enriching top-of-funnel leads and pushing leads to paid wins through content creation that is 100% aligned with SEO methodologies. Lastly, this hire must be able to identify and develop new business from multiple channels, including prospect lists, discovery, and individual research.

Job Responsibilities

Marketing Project Implementation (60%):

Social Media and Meta Ads Management
HubSpot Management – Marketing Related (workflows, contacts, objects, etc).
Strong understanding of the staffing/offshoring/outsourcing industry
Generate content that resonates with the target audiences and incorporate the target keywords that would rank on Google, Bing, and other Search Engines. Content includes blogs, articles, PR content, content for static, and dynamic marketing placements, forms, ebooks, newsletters, templates, whitepapers, email sequences, etc.
Optimize landing pages through multivariate testing
Create and track UTMs to track the lead journey
Conduct analytical projects to improve blog strategies/tactics
Grow newsletter subscribers and expand the overall blog’s reach
Create grammatically clean long-form copy and effective headlines, taglines, calls-to-action, blog posts, etc.
Collaborate with the Marketing Director and stakeholders
Complete execution of all copywriting efforts to ensure delivery of client materials
Support Social Media Projects and Tasks

High-Performance Lead Generation (30%):

Conduct automated and manual prospecting (prospects meaning potential clients, speaking engagements, or PR opportunities)
Do a competitive intelligence and promote our Competitor’s Clients’ Conversion Mechanics
Do a proper lead verification, and the right qualification of leads (e.g., BANT, CHAMP, MEDDIC, or other qualification frameworks)
Do AB and Multivariate Testing
Draft one-off emails, LinkedIn messages, etc. to generate a meeting.
Do data cleansing, lead scoring, lead segmentation, and hyper-targeting
Manage a high volume of B2B (business-to-business) prospecting (email, LinkedIn, and other channels) to build and manage a lead generation pipeline.
Collaborate with channel-specific makers (email, social media, blogging, graphic designers, etc.) to optimize each conversion path.
Ensure that we are 100% compliant with the regulatory requirements of the CAN-SPAM Act for Email Outreach and FTC Telemarketing Rules.

Requirements

At least 2 years of marketing experience
B.S. / B.A. in Business, Marketing, or Advertising is preferred but not required, or at least a 4-year college degree holder
At least 2 years of working in outsourcing/BPO, remote staffing, virtual staffing, or virtual assistant vertical.
Experienced in using Google Digital Marketing/Advertising Products such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and the like.
Experienced in using Cold Outreach Platforms, Lead Gen tools, Email Marketing Automation, or Marketing Automation tools such as HubSpot, Pardot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Klenty, Lemlist, Clickback, Expandi, , and Instantly.
Experienced in using data intelligence and contact list-building tools: Clearbit, Zoominfo, Apollo, FindThatLead, etc.
Solid experience building email copy for email sequences, cadences, and one-off emails.
Background in improving email deliverability, familiarity with senders’ authentication, and sender’s reputation.
Have excellent experience in generating inbound leads / MQLs (Marketing Qualified Leads)
Excellent verbal and written communication, as well as interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with Hubspot Tools to segment leads by lifecycle stage in the top funnel and engage accordingly.

You will be our ear to the ground to complete action items and route the appropriate marketer, sales rep, and/or admin sales support.

Excellent in both written and spoken English language
Has basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Must be able to work from 9 AM to 6 PM Eastern Standard Time

System Requirements

At least 15mbps for the main internet and at least 10mbps for backup
A desktop or laptop that has an i5 processor with at least 8 GB RAM and an i3 processor for backup
