Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Specialist with expertise creating and managing marketing strategies, social media and responsible for other ad hoc tasks.
The goal of this position is to be able to learn about the services and products we offer, and then come up with a strategy for promoting them in a way that converts and produces sales.

Job Requirements
This will be a part time position, approximately 10 – 20 hours per week to address the following activities:
• LinkedIn Posts – 2 x per month
• Create Blog Posts – 1 x per month
• Create Newsletter – 1 x per month
• Review Website for suggestions – 1 x per month

Marketing & Design
• 3+ years of experience with marketing and design experience
• Producing and executing social media content posts, campaigns, schedule
o Primarily LinkedIn
• Monitor social media and website analytics, and trends in the industry to identify viable ideas.
o Primarily LinkedIn
• General account posts and holiday posts.
• Organize contact database in preparation for email campaigns in ActiveCampaign.
• Assist, monitor, setup, and post blog content and email campaigns.
• Research and write content for blogs & monthly newsletter.
• Ability to maintain, and update company website.
• Create quality backlinks.
• Provide monthly activity reports.

Core Competencies
• Handle administrative requests and Workflow documentation
• Excellent knowledge of Google Docs
• File organization (Google Drive, etc.)
• Experience with WordPress and ActiveCampaign
• Flawless written communication in English for our US-based customers
• Be EXTREMELY attentive to details with consistent 100% ERROR-FREE execution (seriously, if you often make mistakes due to lack of attention to detail, please do not apply)
• Owner mentality: you’re self-motivated, set your own goals and deliver results working independently (you make your manager’s life easy)
• Be entrepreneurial and comfortable with uncertainty/change. You always offer feedback and ideas for improvement
• Home office: high speed internet + back-up internet + privacy (office/room with no background noise)
