Job Description: We are seeking a talented and driven Marketing Specialist to join our team and play a pivotal role in elevating our online coaching business based in Shickshinny, PA. As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and executing engaging marketing strategies using various platforms and tools. Your expertise will help us enhance our online presence, connect with our audience, and drive growth in our coaching programs.

Responsibilities:
?Download weekly videos from Facebook and upload them to , ensuring optimal quality and accessibility.
?Create engaging short videos and reels from the original content, tailored to different social media platforms’ requirements.
?Review videos to ensure logical starting and ending points, and verify that the content makes sense for the audience.
?Utilize platforms like Vistasocial to upload and schedule videos across multiple social media channels, ensuring consistent posting each day of the week.
?Collaborate with team members to ensure content aligns with overall marketing strategies and business objectives.
?Edit videos using tools like Cap Cut, enhancing the visual appeal and optimizing content for different platforms.
?Maintain an organized schedule and calendar for video releases, ensuring timely and consistent posting.
?Monitor and analyze engagement metrics to gauge the effectiveness of marketing efforts, making data-driven adjustments as needed.

Qualifications:
?Proficient in spoken and written English language communications.
?Minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing or related roles.
?Experience with the following platforms is essential: , , Vimeo, Facebook.
?Familiarity with Vistasocial for efficient social media content scheduling and distribution.
?Working knowledge of video editing tools like Cap Cut (nice to have).
?Strong organizational skills to manage video content schedules and meet posting deadlines.
?Ability to create engaging and visually appealing short videos and reels for different social media platforms.
?Excellent attention to detail to ensure videos align with branding and messaging.
?Proven ability to collaborate with team members to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Working Conditions:
This is a remote, part-time position. You will be expected to work on U.S. based hours and have a reliable internet connection, access to a computer with a webcam and microphone. This is a contractor position, meaning that no benefits are provided. You will report directly to the Marketing manager and work closely with other members of the team.
