Job Description
– Develop creative and engaging social media strategies to increase traffic, brand awareness, customer engagement and conversions.
– Create new strategies and ideas for email marketing, digital advertising, video and website creative.
– Optimise website’s conversion rate and create custom landing pages via templates
– Outreach to tiktok, instagram and youtube influencers to produce engaging and converting content.
– Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques and analyse competitor activity.
– Monitor, track, analyse, improve and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Instagram and Facebook insights, Website analytics etc.
– Recommend improvements to management to increase performance.
– Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
– Providing administrative support, as and when needed to the manager.
Requirements
– Full-time position Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (Philippines Time)
– Able to work remotely (from home)
– Understanding of the behavior of the target audience and the customer lifecycle
– Very meticulous, has a keen eye for detail.
– Tech savvy, analytical/data driven decision maker and strong problem solver (this role will have a lot of challenging problems ahead)
– Self-directed, execution-focused, and incredibly well-organized with a proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
– Proficiency in photo editing and video editing is a plus
– Committed, responsible to the job and willing to “go the extra mile” if required
– No experience needed but must be an A player that can learn and adapt fast
