Who We Are:

The STR Collective is a group who self manages nearly 80 Short Term Rental properties. Our goal is to grow our social media and website presence to become a go to destination for guests to book direct with our property owners.

Role: Short Term Rental Marketing and SEO specialist

Key Responsibilities:

As our Marketing Specialist and Search Engine Optimizer, you will:
Craft compelling social media strategies to enhance our online presence.
Creating engaging content for posts and videos on Instagram, Facebook, Reelz, YouTube and Tik-Tok
Respond to DMs and comments
Research and implement ideas to increase social media presence
Launch Facebook, Instagram and Google Ads to advertise to travelers
Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
Analyze website performance and traffic data to identify optimization opportunities.
Conduct keyword research and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
Create engaging and high-quality content that resonates with our target audience.
Manage and optimize PPC campaigns to maximize ROI.
Monitor and report on KPIs to track the success of marketing efforts.
Implement email marketing campaigns that convert leads into customers.
Continuously innovate and stay ahead of digital marketing trends.
Ability to update/design website
Administrative assistant capabilities: organize talks, data and information for our members using Slack, Kajabi and zoom

Qualifications:
To thrive in this role, you should have:
? Proven experience in digital marketing and SEO.
? Strong analytical skills and proficiency in SEO tools.
? Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
? A creative mindset and a passion for staying updated with industry trends.
? Proficiency in Google Analytics, AdWords, and social media platforms.
? The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
? A track record of achieving results and driving online success.

Pay begins anywhere from $4-$5/hour and will depend on the level of your experience and will grow with your growth.
We are looking for part time but role could expand to full time.
