Starting Rate: $6.50/hour
Hours: ~20hrs/week
Working time: Flexible except for online team meetings are required about 2-3 times a week.

Summary – We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join a Digital Marketing Company in the Senior Care space. Your main responsibility is to manage and execute various marketing initiatives that include email marketing and social media campaigns. Additionally, you will be developing, organizing, and repurposing content to fuel these campaigns. As a Marketing Specialist, your task will be a mix of creative and administrative tasks, working collaboratively to develop and implement content strategies that drive brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation.

REQUIRED: Fluency in English and with near-perfect pronunciation (Very Important), excellent internet connection. Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills.
REQUIRED: Minimum 2 years’ experience in Marketing/project management tools including any CRM (like Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.), any social media platform (like Hootsuite, Social Pilot, etc.), any marketing automation (Hubspot, Mailchimp, Active Campaign, etc.), any project management (like Asana, Basecamp, etc.).
REQUIRED: Must use Time-tracking software – Hubstaff (will be provided)

Responsibilities
Provide support in the creation, distribution, and repurposing of engaging content across various marketing channels such as email platform, social media including LinkedIn and Google Business Profile.
Updating webpage: posting blogs.
Manage Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to connect data, teams, and customers.
Manage Projects (Asana) and create presentations through PowerPoint.

Preferred Experiences and skills
Proficient in Excel (able to use make graphs and reports, pivot table is a plus)
Minimum 2 years’ experience in CRM tools and Marketing tools such as
– Active Campaign
– Social Pilot

– Hubspot
– Mailchimp
– Linkedin Navigator
– Asana
– Basecamp
– Salesforce
– Hootsuite
– and willing to learn others
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
The ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly.
A desire to stay current with industry best practices.

Stretch Goals/responsibilities
Set up business websites
Assist in the operations of the company such as bookkeeping (QuickBooks) and accomplishing performance reports and presentations done for clients
Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media platforms
Run other third-party Ads (Google, Facebook, etc)
