Job Description:

The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for supporting the owner in driving the company’s marketing efforts, with a focus on social media marketing and engagement. The successful candidate will also have a strong understanding of SEO, Adwords, and the ability to build effective marketing funnels. The Marketing Specialist will work closely with the owner and the management team to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company’s mission and vision.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and implementation of a comprehensive social media marketing strategy, including content creation, engagement, and paid advertising
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of social media campaigns, and make recommendations for optimization
Collaborate with the owner and the management team to develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and online advertising
Assist in the management of the company’s website and online presence, including SEO optimization and content updates
Assist in the development and maintenance of relationships with key influencers and partners to drive brand awareness and engagement
Utilize Adwords and other paid advertising platforms to drive traffic and conversions
Assist in the building and management of effective marketing funnels to drive conversions and maximize return on investment
Monitor and analyze market trends, and identify opportunities for growth and expansion
Collaborate with the owner and the management team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns that align with the company’s mission and vision
Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
1-3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on social media marketing and engagement
Strong understanding of SEO, Adwords, and marketing funnels
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
