Marketing Specialist

Compensation: $4 Hourly pay + Bonus for each new paying client

We are looking for a highly skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team and drive our client acquisition strategies.

Job Description:

As a Marketing Specialist you will be responsible for generating new business and creating effective strategies to attract new clients. You will manage our social media platforms, oversee lead generation efforts, run email campaigns, and handle client communications. This role is ideal for a proactive, extroverted individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition: Develop and implement strategies to generate new business and attract potential clients.
Social Media Ad Management: Grow and engage our audience on all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.).
Lead Generation: Create and oversee lead generation campaigns to identify and nurture potential clients.
Email Marketing: Develop and execute email campaigns to engage and convert leads.
Client Communications: Handle communications with clients to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
Content Creation: Produce high-quality content that aligns with our brand and resonates with our target audience.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making data-driven adjustments as needed.

Qualifications:

Language Proficiency: Excellent English communication skills with an American accent.
Experience: Proven experience in marketing, client acquisition, and social media management.
Skills: Strong understanding of lead generation, email marketing, and content creation.
Personality: Trustworthy, extroverted, and able to work independently.
Tools: Knowledge of tools like GoHighLevel is helpful.
