You’ll work directly with Alan Longstreth, the Director of Client Services, our President, Carmen Fiorilli, and our sales and marketing team to find the best clients in our industry for business development and Company growth.

Your performance will shine through a weekly scorecard reflecting your proficiency and dedication. Managing our annual marketing calendar, social media, and campaings are all pivotal aspects that create a substantial impact on the business.
In your role as Marketing Specialist, you’ll be more than just an administrator of marketin tasks – you’ll be the reliable right hand to our most valued asset, OUR SALES PIPELINE. Managing and coordinating our marketing endeavors, you’ll be instrumental in a multitude of tasks. Job Overview:
Your role encompasses various aspects of business development, marketing data and reporting, and client management. You will be instrumental in identifying potential customers, cultivating leads, and driving sales growth for the company through your marketing efforts.
– Manage all aspects of the company’s Social Medina including postings, marketing content, brand awareness & Reporting
– Manage the company marketing calendar including marketing campaigns in HubSpot
– Conduct Email Marketing Campaigns and Google/Social Media Ad Campaigns
– Support sales R&D and create warm leads for the sales team
– Create visual aspects of marketing materials, website, other media that reflect our corporate culture & goals using Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Adobe Dreamweaver
– Online and Social Media Ad Campaigns
– Website Updates
– Increase and Update SEO and google presence
– Sales Lead Generation Research
– HubSpot CRM Data Entry & Integrity
– Conduct Company/Contact Research as needed

In this dynamic work environment, Fiorilli Construction is seeking a candidate who embodies proactivity, openness, and a persuasive spirit. This role will require you to adapt to rules and methods swiftly while maintaining high energy levels and logical, objective decision-making.
You will therefore need to have:
– Training and experience with some form of CRM systems is required
– 2-3 years of experience in marketing and graphic design
– Capability to keep a pipeline full of the future clients needed for the organization, keeping organised and a keen attention to detail in conjunction with excellent communication skills is paramount
– Proven experience in marketing skills, lead generation, and cutting-edge technical savvy skills
– Strong accountability and problem-solving skills
– Proficiency in using MS Office software and Teams
Brownie points for:
– Experience with HubSpot and Building Connected software
– Experience in various graphic design software platforms
What’s in it for you?
– $2000-$2500* per month FULL TIME
– Full-time and fully remote role
– Flexible working hours that are consistent or overlap with our working hours in USA Eastern Standard Time (EST).
– Paid Vacation Time Off (PVTO) up to a total of 80 hours PTO time as accrued is available annually
– Paid Sick Time Off (PSTO) up to twenty-four (24) hours of sick time is available annually, with rollover
– Eligibility to enrol immediately in Fiorilli Construction’s “Gain Share” Incentive Pay plan – TO EARN BONUSES OF 10% – 20% more than you base compensation base on YOUR performance.
– Concentrated Time Off (CTO) Work Shifts (aka ‘8.5/80’ Plan). The team follows a 2-week Work Shift (80 hours, 10 working days) that incorporates 8.5-hour days, Monday through Thursday (adding 2 hrs weekly), with every other Friday requiring only a 4-hour shift (1/2 day). That’s approximately 26 Friday afternoons OFF!
