Key Responsibilities:
Go High Level Expertise: Utilize your proficiency in Go High Level to create funnels, set up websites, manage agency accounts, and handle sub-accounts efficiently.
Integration Mastery: Set up and manage Integrately, Mailgun, and Twilio to streamline our communication and automation processes.
Client Engagement: Create Snapshots and implement them for VIP customer follow-up, ensuring exceptional client experiences.
Calendar Management: Efficiently manage our booking calendar and integrate it with various platforms like iCal and Google Calendar.
Pipeline Management: Play a crucial role in our sales pipeline management, ensuring our operations run smoothly.
Marketing Support: Set up email and SMS campaigns, create forms (contracts, etc.), and design surveys to drive our marketing efforts.
Workflow Automation: Build workflows and automations to optimize our processes, both in Go High Level and Clickfunnels.
Web Development: Take ownership of building funnels, websites, membership sites, and automations in Go High Level and Clickfunnels.
Zapier Expertise: Create and manage Zapier automations to connect various applications seamlessly.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Go High Level is a must.
Experience with web development and automation tools.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
