We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Specialist to help us in our overall marketing efforts. You will be an integral part of the development and execution of marketing plans to reach targets from brand awareness to product promotion.

A Marketing specialist should be a competent professional able to grasp consumer behavior trends and generate creative ideas. You should also be well-versed in specialized marketing concepts, principles and tactics.
The goal is to deliver effective marketing programs that will help our reputation and growth.

What This Job Involves?

?Manage content distribution across all platforms, including Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and other social media platforms
?Assist in planning and creating short video contents (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook Page & etc.)
?Ability to adapt existing content to make fit-for-purpose on social media platforms
?Able to prioritize and manage multiple project deadlines simultaneously
?Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits and trends
?Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns
?Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning etc.)
?Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns
?Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts
?Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, e-mail, TV etc.)
?Adhere to strict deadlines and able to work under pressure
?Analyze and report on the performance of contents on different platforms weekly
?Maintain a content calendar that schedules all aspects of content delivery
?Stay up-to-date with social media trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead
?Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity
?Set targets to increase brand awareness
?Self-sufficient and reliable, with ability and willingness to learn new tools

?3+ years proven work experience as a Social Media Manager
?3+ years proven experience as Marketing Specialist
?3+ years Al experience example Chat GPT
?SEO/Google Analytics/CRM experience is a plus
?Experience in building funnels
?Hands on experience in content management
?Extensive knowledge of social media platforms
?High attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
?Good problem-solving skills
?Good communication skills
?Able to work independently and collaboratively
?A strong sense of storytelling is a plus
?A track record of producing original content (text, image, graphic, video)
