INTRODUCTION:
Join us, a full-service United States agency dedicated exclusively to the legal market! We’re searching for an enthusiastic and experienced Marketing Specialist and Administrative Assistant who will work on marketing projects to promote both our company and our clients. Your role will include administrative tasks, using graphic design tools such as Canva and Adobe Photoshop to create engaging graphics, and working with our team to create effective marketing plans.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Upload content and images to WordPress websites.
• Resize and format images to be used on websites and other marketing opportunities.
• Prepare Schema Markup for website pages using plugin (no coding required).
• Create optimized Google Business Listings and other local listings.
• Create custom social media posts with graphics using Canva templates and/or Adobe Photoshop.
• Create Marketing ads using Canva and/or Adobe Photoshop.
• Create custom Pop-Ups that engage with website visitors.
• Work with our design team to help create engaging landing pages, websites, and marketing materials.
• Work with our design team to identify examples of good websites, landing pages, and marketing materials that can be used for reference.
• Create business cards, letter head, and other branding materials and collateral.
• Work with marketing team on social media and marketing campaigns.
• Work with development and design teams to thoroughly review websites, landing pages, and other graphic materials to ensure that they meet defined specifications.
• Read and understand analytics reports and create a brief overview of the report along with action items for higher search engine rankings to be shared with clients.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:
We are seeking a candidate who is highly motivated, experienced, organized, and enjoys working collaboratively with a team and on their own. Ideal candidates must be able to create visually appealing graphics using Canva and Adobe Photoshop, proficient in making website changes and uploading images to WordPress websites, create effective marketing plans, and ensure that websites and other marketing items meet defined specifications.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Language Skills: Must be a native English speaker and writer.
• Experience: Significant marketing and administrative assistant experience.
• Tool Proficiency: Proficient in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and making edits and updates to WordPress websites. Big Bonus if you are experienced using Adobe XD
• Communication and Teamwork: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Availability (8-Hour Work Days): Must be available to work beginning at 5:00 am – 6:00 am Philippines’ time for three consecutive hours. Remaining work hours at your discretion. More flexible hours available after the first month.
