RemoteCruit is a dynamic and growing VA company that is seeking a Marketing Specialist and Administrative Assistant to join our team. We are looking for a multi-talented individual who can manage various aspects of marketing while also providing administrative support to our day-to-day operations.

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

1. Email Marketing:

Create and execute effective email marketing campaigns.
Manage email lists and segmentation.
Monitor email campaign performance and make data-driven improvements.

2. Social Media Marketing:

Assist in planning and executing social media marketing strategies.
Create engaging content for various social media platforms.

3. Customer Service Marketing:

Provide exceptional customer service through various channels (email, phone, chat).
Engage with customers to address inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in customer interactions.

4. Administrative Tasks:

Utilize Google Docs and Google Calendar for efficient organization and scheduling.
Manage CSV files and Excel spreadsheets for data analysis and reporting.
Utilize Photoshop for basic graphic design needs.
Communicate with customers and colleagues via WhatsApp Business.
Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met.
Assist with financial tasks using QuickBooks.
Open accounts and manage email addresses as required.

5. E-Commerce

Product listings
Familiar with Seller Amp and Crazy lister
Familiarity with different E-com Platforms

Qualifications:

Proven experience in email marketing, social media marketing, and customer service.
Proficiency in Google Docs and Google Calendar.
Strong skills in handling CSV files and Excel.
Basic knowledge of Photoshop for marketing materials.
Familiarity with WhatsApp Business for customer communication.
Ability to follow up and maintain customer relationships.
Experience with QuickBooks or similar financial software is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
College Degree
