Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a crucial role in optimizing our marketing efforts across various platforms, including Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, PPC, and YouTube. The ideal candidate is passionate about marketing, results-driven, and eager to contribute to a world-recognized brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Optimize and manage Facebook Ads, ensuring we maximize the potential of over 100 daily leads.
Develop and execute effective marketing strategies on TikTok, LinkedIn, PPC, and YouTube.
Utilize Go High Level for email marketing campaigns.
Innovate and integrate additional marketing channels to lower our cost of acquisition.
Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and apply them to our campaigns.
Collaborate with our team to develop data-driven strategies and improve conversion rates.
Manage tools such as Hyros and be familiar with API conversion tracking.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Social Media Management, and Social Media Marketing Strategy.
Proficient in Go High Level and email marketing techniques.
Strong understanding of PPC, YouTube marketing, and other digital marketing channels.
Familiarity with marketing tools like Hyros and API conversion tracking.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret marketing metrics.
Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Highly responsive, fast learner, and self-motivated.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
