Marketing Specialist Job Description:
We are looking to hire a skilled Marketing Specialist with a passion for marketing and a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. The Marketing Specialist’s responsibilities can include but are not limited to; interact with and respond to customers across various platforms, create and repurpose various social media content, manage company social media accounts, help maintain and update the company website, assist with the creation of marketing campaigns and ads, and work hand in hand with the Marketing Director. The Marketing Specialist should be able to manage a high workload, maintain consistent and effective communication with Pack Members, sales team, and project coordinators. This is a full-time remote position. Must be fluent in English and some Spanish preferred.

A day in the life of a Marketing Specialist:
• Work days of Monday-Friday, & some Saturdays (as needed)
• Working hours 8am-5pm (Central Time)
• Assisting with company social media platforms
• Helping to maintain and update the company website
• Responsible for various day to day digital marketing activities
• Create attractive descriptions for product content
• Work closely with the sales team to provide them customer analysis and market data
• Create and edit video content for platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok
• The Marketing Specialist takes on additional responsibilities as needed as well as identifies opportunities for growth that will benefit WolfSteel Buildings.

Salary:
$10.00 USD/hour
Plus overtime
