Responsible for the company brand awareness, delivered through a combination of brand, marketing and strategic partnership programmes and initiatives.
The ideal person will be an experienced marketing professional with a track record of delivering growth within B2B. Someone that’s dynamic, hands on, and capable of delivering high quality results.

Your role will encompass a broad range of responsibilities, involving various marketing and business development activities aimed at boosting the company’s growth. You should be someone who enjoys a dynamic work environment, can work autonomously, manage multiple projects, and maintain excellent organization. We value individuals who bring energy, high standards, and a determined attitude to achieve success.

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Specialist with expertise in B2B lead generation and content creation to join our remote team at Xpect. You should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess a strong understanding of the logistics and courier service industry. A commitment to quality and a strong work ethic are essential.

The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping the content strategy of our company. This includes, but is not limited to, managing our social media strategy, email marketing, blogging, webinars, and collaborative marketing efforts with our global strategic partners.

A day in your life as a Marketing Specialist at Xpect:
– Create the company social media strategy with a focus on LinkedIn.
– Copywriting and designing marketing materials like social media creatives and email templates, landing pages, lead magnets/whitepapers etc.
– Initiate and support co-marketing campaigns with our strategic partners.
– Nurture and strengthen relationships with strategic partners.
– To demonstrate your attention to detail and commitment to this job, please start your proposal with the word “dog.”
– Increased awareness and understanding across our target client group.
– Delivering quality and qualified leads to the sales team
– Report to your managers.

– At least 50% of the working hours must be aligned with the Irish time zone.
– Tools you’ll be working with: HubSpot, LinkedIn, Asana, Slack, G suit etc

Minimum qualifications:
– Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
– Accept constructive feedback.
– A passion for delivering outstanding work and a natural drive for quality.
– Proven skills with the ability to meet deadlines and targets.
– Design skills (minimum Canva)
