Job Description:
As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing our online advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram Ads platforms. You will work closely with the sales and marketing team to drive customer acquisition, increase brand awareness, and achieve key performance metrics. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital marketing, highly analytical, and has a proven track record of success in managing paid advertising campaigns.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram Ads strategies to achieve business objectives.
Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and campaign optimization to maximize ROI and drive results.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
Implement A/B testing methodologies to refine ad creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to ensure our advertising efforts remain competitive.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing campaigns with overall business goals and objectives.
Qualifications:
Proven experience managing Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram Ads campaigns in a professional setting.
In-depth knowledge of Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram Ads platforms, including campaign setup, targeting options, and optimization techniques.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
