The Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing, executing, and analyzing marketing strategies and campaigns to promote Luxury Presence’s products and services. This role involves collaboration with various departments to ensure brand consistency and to drive customer engagement and acquisition.

You will take on reporting and communicating to C-level executives so fluency in English is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Development and Management
Help develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns that promote the company’s products and services.
Coordinate with graphic designers, content creators, and other team members to produce campaign materials.
Prepare of administrative reports

Market Research and Analysis
Conduct market research to identify target audiences and understand their needs and preferences.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine marketing strategies.

Content Creation and Management
Create engaging and relevant content for various platforms, including social media, websites, email newsletters, and blogs.
Ensure all content aligns with the company’s brand voice and marketing goals.

Digital Marketing
Collaborate with internal marketing teams to facilitate digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media advertising.
Track and analyze website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports.

Event Planning and Coordination
Plan and execute promotional events, trade shows, and product launches.
Coordinate logistics, marketing materials, and post-event follow-ups.

Collaboration and Communication
Work closely with sales, product development, and customer service teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
Perform administrative work, update reporting documentation, perform community management, facilitate building landing pages, and help with podcasts and video production.
Communicate campaign performance and insights to the lead manager and other stakeholders.

Qualifications
Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is preferred.
Familiarity with HTML/CSS and content management systems (CMS) like WordPress is preferred.
Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or similar platforms is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Marketing or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the digital industry.
Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, etc.).
Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills is required.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Must be willing to work graveyard shift (EST) , Monday to Friday
Must own a laptop or desktop
Have an internet connection that is at least 25 mbps and a back-up connection
Have a valid government ID
Have an existing bank account or be willing to open one if hired
