Who we are looking for:
We are looking for a MarTech VA with excellent written and verbal communication skills, who has the experience to streamline/revamp our internal softwares/integrations & support our client’s to do the same. You should genuinely love building funnels, creating integrations, and connecting all softwares to work seamlessly together, as you will work alongside our Marketing Manager.
This is a remote role that would ideally suit someone who is looking to grow with a company for years to come. This is a Full-Time position, you should be available 5 days a week & be able to work from 8am – 5pm Mon – Friday Central Time Zone.
Responsibilities:
Streamline and Revamp Internal Softwares/Integrations: Assess existing software systems and integrations, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
Support Client Softwares/Integrations: Collaborate with clients to evaluate their software needs, recommend suitable solutions, and facilitate seamless integrations to enhance their marketing operations.
Funnel Development: Create, manage, and optimize marketing funnels in ClickFunnels to drive conversions and achieve marketing goals.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Review marketing campaigns both internally and for clients, analyze data to identify trends and insights, and generate comprehensive reports that inform decision-making and strategy refinement.
Technical Ownership and Support: Act as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for marketing technology tools and platforms, including HubSpot, Infusionsoft, ClickFunnels, Zapier, and others. Take ownership of their seamless integration and optimal functionality, providing support to the Marketing Manager and the team in leveraging these tools effectively to drive marketing initiatives and achieve desired outcomes.
Project Management and Communication: Maintain daily marketing metrics updates, handle marketing project management tasks using tools like Asana, set up broadcast emails using IFS, automate tagging and campaign tasks, and facilitate funnel automations using Zapier and Thinkific. Additionally, contribute to CRO analysis, launch new tests, and stay updated on product updates and changes.
Experience
You should not be new to any of the above responsibilities and have incredible attention to detail. You are independent & complete work in a timely manner with minimum supervision – easily able to keep your direct reports on track.
You must be highly technical in nature, we really need somebody who can OWN the MarTech space, bringing strategy, and being able to execute that strategy on their own. You should be familiar with Hubspot, Infusionsoft, Clickfunnels, Zapier and others, obsessed with making them seamlessly work together.
You should also be confident enough to push back on the leadership team and express your opinion if you think the ship is heading off course. We encourage that.
