Marketing Specialist – Lead Generation

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Marketing Specialist to join our team. We have a few business. As a Marketing Specialist – Lead Generation, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns to generate leads for our business. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to help us grow our customer base and meet our revenue targets.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing campaigns to generate leads through various channels, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
Conduct market research to identify potential customers and markets.
Create compelling content, including blog posts, whitepapers, and case studies, to attract and engage potential customers.
Work closely with the sales team to develop lead nurturing programs that convert leads into customers.
Measure and analyze the effectiveness of lead generation campaigns and continuously optimize them for better results.
Collaborate with other teams, such as design and product, to ensure a consistent brand message across all marketing channels.
Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies and incorporate them into our lead generation strategies.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Marketing Specialist – Lead Generation or similar role.
Knowledge of lead generation strategies and techniques.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
Familiarity with CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field preferred.

This is a part-time position. You need to have excellent English skills. NO accent
Work hours are Monday to Friday 9:30 am to 1:00 pm, Pacific Standard Time $4.00/hr. to start, and performance bonuses every 3 months(willing to work with you to grow together)
