DESCRIPTION OF IDEAL CANDIDATE
– Takes Ownership

You know you can ask for feedback and resources anytime, but you don’t make excuses for why things are not getting completed, or question why more responsibility is given to you. – Organized
You love cleaning up and creating order out of chaos. You have your own method of keeping track of the things that you need to get done and by when you need to get them done.

No one likes a ‘know-it-all’. And making assumptions without fact-checking first is not in a professionals DNA. So, you listen well and you’re able to put yourself in others’ shoes.
