Job Description

We are a North Texas-based real estate investment and development firm seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Specialist to manage all outbound and inbound marketing efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to drive leads from property sellers, investors, and real estate brokers to our firm.

You will leverage GoHighLevel, automations, and chatbots to build a powerful and efficient lead generation funnel.

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies targeting property sellers, investors, and real estate brokers.
Manage and optimize all outbound and inbound marketing campaigns.
Utilize GoHighLevel for automations, chatbots, and CRM management.
Create and implement automated marketing workflows to nurture leads through the funnel.
Design and execute multiple campaigns tailored to different stakeholders:
– Property sellers looking to maximize their value.
– Investors looking to passively invest in real estate.
– Real estate brokers with pocket listings.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with the research and outreach teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
Stay updated with the latest marketing trends and tools to continuously improve our marketing strategies.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Marketing Specialist or similar role in real estate marketing.
Strong experience with GoHighLevel, including automations, chatbots, and CRM functionalities.
Demonstrated success in developing and executing lead generation campaigns.
Excellent understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing).
Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize campaign performance.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the Texas/North Texas real estate market.
Knowledge of marketing automation tools and techniques.
Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools.
Ability to design creative marketing content and campaigns.
