Marketing Specialist (RECRUITING DEPARTMENT)- Urgent Hiring- WFH

Are you enthusiastic about real estate and good at spotting potential? We’re looking for a Real Estate Talent Acquisition Specialist/Agent Recruiter to join our team. If you have an eye for talent and a passion for connecting people with opportunities, we want to hear from you. This role is open to all, including fresh graduates. Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
– Develop a strategy to attract and onboard real estate agents, and showcase this plan to the leadership team during discussions.
– Drafting and posting job listings to attract qualified brand agents
– Designing and updating graphics including infographics, banners, and recruitment-focused social media content
– Creating, testing, and scheduling email marketing campaigns using platforms like MailChimp
– Overseeing recruitment drives, with weekly progress reports
– Communicating with prospective applicants through email, SMS, or phone calls.
– Filtering potential candidates
– Directing pre-selected candidates to team captains/leaders for further assessment and interviews

Qualifications:
– Strong command over both written and spoken communication.
– Previous recruitment experience is an advantage, but we also welcome applications from fresh graduates.
– Exceptional organizational capabilities with a keen eye for detail.
– Familiarity with the US Real Estate market is beneficial.
– Able to work in the US Eastern Time Zone (EST), from Monday to Friday, 9 am-6 pm (40 hours weekly, inclusive of a daily 1-hour unpaid break).
– With own working unit (laptop/desktop), stable high-speed internet, and a distraction-free workspace
