Their 1st product, KIMIA Knee Recovery Management Solution, is a continuous monitoring device for the knee joint, currently under trial in some of the largest public hospitals in Singapore. The product was the National Winner and International Top 20 of the prestigious James Dyson Award 2020 and has gained traction with major implant companies, public hospitals, and orthopedic clinics. This product has recently received approval as a Class A medical device in Singapore and the CE mark in Europe. The 2nd product of the company, KIMIA Home, is a digital therapist in the form of a mobile app capable of providing real-time exercise guidance and feedback, and is currently being piloted with large institutional customers.

Job Summary
You will become a key personnel that will participate in forging and implementing the company’s marketing and communication strategies, driving towards hitting planned milestones. An ideal candidate should be a self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented team player with excellent communication skills, prior experience in marketing, communications, business development, or account management, and a track record of accomplishing business targets for the team or organization.
There are two primary functions for this position:
1. Communicating the company’s activities and branding through internal communications, formal business communications, online platforms, social media, and preparation of documents.
2. Planning, developing and implementing marketing communications to support the business development team.
This position may also be required to handle business inquiries, create media and outreach opportunities, and work with media agencies/vendors to execute communication plans.
Responsibilities
? Plan and execute an integrated communications plan and activities to promote company’s branding, products, and
solutions
? Support the BuBusi team to execute a wide range of communications, with close partnership/collaboration with internal
stakeholders, clients, and vendors
? Develop, manage and ensure that marketing communication activities are aligned with overall company’s strategies and
goals
? Prepare and maintain internal and external marketing materials/communications, such as product collaterals,
presentations, newsletters, social media content, documents and announcements
? Plan, develop and manage the production of marketing collaterals to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
? Handle and coordinate all communication enquiries in a timely manner
? Reach out and follow up with existing stakeholders (includes investors, commercial clients, and clinical patients)
? Work with the core team on creating and executing marketing strategy, to achieve marketing objectives
? Conduct market research and identifying potential clients or business opportunities
? Carry out relationship management with external and internal stakeholders
Requirements
?>5 years of experience in Marketing, Communications, Business Development, PR or any related discipline
? Familiarity with B2B Marketing Communications
? Excellent verbal and written communication, as well as interpersonal skills
? Ability to present and explain ideas with clarity to a variety of audiences
? Ability to take initiative, have an eye for details, and a team player
? Soft skill in managing internal and external contacts
? A resilient go-getter, able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle challenging work
? Fast learner, with a flexible growth mindset
? Minimum of degree/diploma in any discipline
