Job Summary:

The Marketing Specialist position is a core team member who is responsible for monitoring, executing, and measuring the social media presence and marketing strategies of H7FF company.

In this position, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining brand promotion and marketing campaigns. To be successful in this role, you will work closely with the CEO to identify strategies to increase brand awareness, generate more leads and create promotional strategies. It’s essential that you have a strong knowledge of social media distribution and podcast production for maximum marketing results.

You must have excellent communication skills in managing client expectations and delivering that extra WOW! Factor that keeps clients working with us for years to come.

It’s essential that you have a strong knowledge of how our content is delivered and what our client policies are as you will be enforcing them with kindness.

This position is ideal for someone who loves working with digital media and has exquisite attention to detail and is looking to establish long-term work with a fast-growing, successful company.

Experience you must have:

– Minimum of 2 years of social media content and podcast production experience

– Organizing and responding to CEO requests within 24 hours

Marketing Specialist Tasks of this Role:

– Repurpose social media content for marketing emails

– Create catalogs, flyers, marketing and digital art design using Canva

– Create monthly social media content plan

– Schedule social media posts using Later

– Add captions and hashtags using Later

– Create and post reels and stories

– Edit infographics, photos, audio, and videos

– Leverage AI and other platforms to create marketing collaterals

– Pick music for podcast segments

– Create intros and outros

– Create podcast ads

– Edit podcast audio

– Create show notes

– Setup and register brand-new podcast

– Tracking podcast analytics in Libsyn

– Upload podcasts to different platforms (Spotify, Apple, and Google)

Requirements:

– Part-time position between 20-30 hours per week

– High-speed internet connection with backup service to minimize interruptions

– Available for meetings in the US CST time zone as needed

– Personal computer

Compensation:

$7-$10 USD depending on experience
