Job Overview:

We’re currently on the hunt for a talented Marketing Strategist to join our team. As part of our marketing team, you will play an important role in developing strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention.

The ideal candidate should have knowledge and understanding of various marketing techniques such as SEO, email marketing, content creation, social media management, and more. You should also be able to guide marketers on best practices to ensure successful campaigns. A successful candidate should also be able to develop strategies that account for the company’s objectives, target audience, competition, budget constraints, and other factors.

Responsibilities:

Set clear, and attainable marketing goals
Design and execute marketing strategies in line with business targets
Design and implement data-driven campaigns for web and foot traffic growth
Analyze metrics to identify areas of improvement in existing strategies
Gain insight into market trends to identify new opportunities
Generate fresh ideas to promote the brand and products
Oversee advertising needs to meet client requirements
Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels
Utilize customer feedback to guarantee customer satisfaction
Work cross-functionally with all marketing departments to ensure marketing strategies and campaigns are effective and performing well
Collaborate with internal teams to promote brand standards
Work closely with Account Manager to report progress, concerns, and plans before execution
Identify and understand any issues that may arise and come up with creative solutions to mitigate any potential problems
Send weekly/monthly updates and reports to internal management
Other tasks as needed.

Qualifications

Previous working experience as a Marketing Strategist for 2-3 years
Direct experience with marketing campaigns and web technologies? including online tools and social media
Familiarity with SEO/SEM and Google Analytics
Must have E-commerce experience
Must have a strong analytic mindset with an ability to think outside the box
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Good listening, observation, and learning skills
Purpose and results-driven with an ability to accomplish tasks on deadlines
Able to work collaboratively across teams
An excellent understanding of how to interpret data.
Top-notch communication skills.
Experience working at a marketing and/or advertising agency.
