Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Strategist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing comprehensive marketing plans that integrate national, market, and local level strategies. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of multilevel marketing planning and the ability to adapt and implement these strategies at the local level. Additionally, the candidate will oversee social media marketing, ad management, and SEO initiatives to enhance our clients’ online presence and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Plan Development: Create and develop multilevel marketing plans that align with national objectives and market trends, and translate these into effective local marketing strategies.
Strategic Analysis: Analyze market data, competitive landscape, and consumer insights to inform and shape marketing strategies.
Integration of Multilevel Plans: Combine national and market-level marketing plans to develop cohesive and targeted local marketing plans.
Social Media Marketing: Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions across various platforms.
Ad Management: Oversee the creation, execution, and optimization of paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram to maximize ROI.
SEO Optimization: Utilize SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings, drive organic traffic, and enhance website visibility.
Campaign Management: Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with overall strategic goals and deliver measurable results.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including creative, digital, and analytics to ensure marketing strategies are effectively implemented and optimized.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their business goals and provide strategic marketing guidance to achieve their objectives.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continually enhance our marketing strategies.
Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
Experience: Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies at national, market, and local levels.
Skills: Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
Marketing Acumen: Deep understanding of marketing principles, multichannel marketing, social media marketing, ad management, SEO, and consumer behavior.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external clients.
Adaptability: Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and adapting to changing priorities.
