Marketing Strategist Position Summary
As a Marketing Strategist, you’ll be at the forefront of crafting and implementing effective marketing strategies for our clients and 3Victor. You’ll wear many hats and play an instrumental role in growing our clients’ businesses and building our processes. Your role involves diving deep into customer segments and data analytics, ensuring our clients target and engage the right audiences. You’ll build targeted lead lists and launch and manage cold email campaigns that generate meetings. You’ll design compelling landing pages and help drive traffic with paid ad campaigns.

Position Detail

Campaign Development and Management
• Collaborate with clients on copywriting exercises, utilizing pre-built worksheets for campaign messaging.
• Design cold email templates and client campaigns tailored to specific target personas.
• Configure email accounts on cold email sending platforms such as Instantly or Smartlead.
• Oversee and manage inbound responses from ongoing outbound campaigns.
• Periodically optimize campaigns (bi-monthly) to enhance message performance and increase engagement.
• Attend client meetings to understand their objectives and assist in scoping work.
• KPIs: time to launch campaigns under one week, open rates of 50% or more and response rates of at least 3%, improvements over time

Content Creation
• Design and build landing pages using tools like Leadpages, Clickfunnels, etc.
• Write compelling ad and landing page copy.
• Design creative assets for paid ad campaigns using client materials (images or videos).
• Edit videos to add headline overlays, subtitles, or other elements using Kapwing or other video editing software.
• KPIs: lead gen landing page conversion rate of 3% or more, ad CTRs of at least 2x platform benchmark

Ad Campaign Management
• Initiate, oversee, and refine display ad campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn, Meta, etc.
• KPIs: Cost Per Lead under $500, ad CTR above 2x platform benchmark, campaigns reviewed at least 1x per week

Data Management and Analysis
• Organize and clean up spreadsheets containing customer data extracted from Stripe, CRM (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce), and other systems.
• Define and analyze the profitability and performance of customer segments for effective campaign targeting.
• Build and maintain targeted lead lists using data sources like Apollo, LinkedIn, and others for use in outbound campaigns.
• KPIs: turnaround time under two business days, accuracy of lists (bounce rate under 5%, 80%+ of leads have one contact point or more)

Communication and Reporting
• Ensure timely and clear communication with both internal teams and external clients during business hours.
• Collaborate closely with the principal consultant, accommodating and executing necessary revisions.
• Generate and disseminate performance reports based on client needs or as required by 3Victor.
• KPIs: client Net Promoter Score of 50 or higher, response time under four business hours, revisions turned around in 2 business days or less, 100% of reports delivered on or before the deadline.

Task Management
• Track and update tasks for each client using a Kanban-style tool such as ClickUp or Airtable.
• KPIs: task completion rate above 90%, overdue task rate under 10%.

Reporting Relationship
• You will report directly to the founder.
