Job Description

We are looking for a person with experience in Meta and Google Ads, CRM, and social media marketing.

Background: A small acupuncture clinic with over 15 years in business. We are shifting our business from insurance base to cash.

Communication skill in English is a must. Basic knowledge of the US health insurance system is preferred but not required.

Tasks are:
Analyze Meta and Google Ads currently managed by the ad agency, understand how it is structured to reach our target audience, provide a detailed report of its performance, and suggest improvements if you are taking over the marketing duty.

*** If we are satisfied with your work, this position may be converted to a part-time position. As a part-time marketing manager, tasks will expand to:

Create, monitor, manage digital campaigns (paid and free), and provide recommendations based on performance, and modify/improve once your recommendation is approved.
Set up ad optimization, and audience targeting, track success rate (ROI), and report to us regularly.

Suggest social media content for the business owner to create, once videos are recorded, you will be responsible for editing video and post to the social media platforms.

Design, build, and manage funnels
Set up a CRM, organize and track contacts and leads so our lead managers can work based on the list.
Set up funnels, email, and SMS automation
Create a way to track the conversion rate

Skills required:
Knowledge of Meta and Google Ad platforms
Experience in social media ad management

To qualify for the position, you should have at least 1 year of experience in the following:
• Social media content management
• Meta and Google Ads management
• CRM

Soft Skills – We work in the medical industry. So it’s really important that you would be:
• Follow HIPAA guidelines (protect patients’ privacy)
• A fast learner
• Pays close attention to detail
• Follow instructions

Basic skills

These are the skills you need to know.
In addition to having excellent English skills, you’ll need to use the applications we listed below. You don’t need to be an expert in all of them, but you need to be at least familiar with most of them.

• Web research using search engines like Google, Firefox, Bing, etc
• Microsoft Word (We use Libre Office. It’s very similar to Microsoft Office.)
• Microsoft Excel (We use Libre Office. It’s very similar to Microsoft Office.)
• Gmail and other email applications
• Google Docs
• Google Sheets
• Communications apps like Dial Pad and Google Meet/Voice
• Project management software (We are considering Flowlu.)
• CRM software (Currently using Go High Level. But it may change.)

Work schedule:
Flexible.
Gig Duration: About 2 weeks (Work hours are much shorter.)
Part-time portion: negotiable

Salary: Gig portion: $60 and up
Part-time portion: Depending on the quality of your work and experience.

If accepted, you will be provided with access to Meta and Google Ads (no editing)

Career potential
You will be working with the business owner. We would like to manage marketing in-house. You will be solely responsible for the clinic’s entire marketing.
