ShadeFLA, a multimillion-dollar, family-owned, fast-growing shade structures company located in Miami, Florida is seeking a Marketing Strategist to be part of continued growth! We design and install custom, sophisticated shade structures primarily in the hospitality, commercial and high-end residential markets throughout the US and Caribbean. We believe everyone should Live Outdoors and Stay Shaded!

We are looking for a savvy and smart Marketing professional to help us update and manage our targeted Marketing strategies. This virtual position will encompass the responsibilities listed below. You will need to work in Eastern Standard Time from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM EST. We are a fast growing company and need help growing our luxury market leads and brand.

Roles and Responsibilities

– Developing and brainstorming innovative specific marketing campaigns to reach high-end developers and architectural/design firms
– Understanding the luxury market specifically leisure, commercial, hospitality, sustainability, and other related fields
– Conducts market research and stays updated with industry trends regarding shades, outdoor luxury, resort living, and other related concerns
– Proficient in AI tools to expand our leads and database management
– Provides analysis and recommendations to the Sales team to updated Sales Presentations and L&Ls
– Researches upcoming large projects, identifying decision makers and design professionals.
– Contributes new ideas for future events, networking, and content
– Able to create newsletters to promote brand image and narrative.
– Keen eye for detail so if you read this then you will be able to put the capital of Chad as the subject of your message
– Able to design for both social media and write newsletters that will effectively attract the desired market
– Deep understanding of marketing principles and best practices for the luxury market and architecture/design world
– Excellent writing, proofreading, creative output, and media presentation skills
– Fact checks and verifies information and research for newsletters
– Manages and updates social media accounts, CRM, and websites
– Monitors and reports engagement, web traffic, and other KPIs
– Website maintenance and management

Education: BA in Marketing minimum
Certifications in Digital Marketing, SEO/Backlink, Social Media Marketing, Luxury Markets
Experience: 2-5 years experience in Small & Medium Business Marketing and Luxury Markets
