Marketing System Administrator
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Marketing System Administrator to join our team. The Marketing System Administrator will play a crucial role in managing and updating our prospect database, setting up outbound marketing systems and campaigns, assisting in the development and generation of performance reports, and troubleshooting as needed. This position offers the potential for growth and promotion to a department lead role as our organization expands. The ideal candidate should have experience in pulling lists, database management, working with the ReadyMode (XenCall) dialer, and collecting KPIs for marketing campaigns. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities:
– Manage and update the prospect database, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
– Set up and configure outbound marketing systems and campaigns, including telemarketing, automated workflows, and lead nurturing processes.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to develop performance reports, analyze campaign data, and provide actionable insights.
– Troubleshoot issues related to the marketing systems and tools, and implement solutions to ensure smooth operation.
– Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the marketing systems and campaigns.
– Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in marketing automation and lead management.
– Assist in training and supporting team members in using the marketing systems effectively.
– Contribute to the development of marketing strategies and plans based on data-driven insights.
Requirements:
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar marketing system administration role.
– Proficiency in pulling lists, database management, and working with marketing automation platforms.
– Experience with the ReadyMode (XenCall) dialer or similar outbound calling software.
– Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret marketing campaign KPIs.
– Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to troubleshooting.
– Familiarity with CRM systems and their integration with marketing systems.
– Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
– Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team.
– Bonus: Experience in collecting KPIs for marketing campaigns and generating performance reports.
