The Role:

GO to marketing assistant.

Your mission if you choose to accept it: To assist the marketing team in social media and new partnership reachouts while nurturing and building strong relationships with our affiliates and partners. You will learn how to help manage our affiliates and referral program; this includes our customer referrals through our rewards club and optimizing referrals through social media and other online sharing.

You will learn how to:

Plan, develop, and execute marketing plans and offers to support and recruit affiliate partners.
Plan, develop, and execute marketing plans to increase customer referrals
Initiate new campaign ideas, incentives, and bonuses for the Affiliate Program.
Create and execute new campaigns and incentives to build customer referrals.
Perform market research on potential affiliate partners.
Approve and deny affiliate applications.
Review affiliate contracts.
Monitor affiliates and enforce company procedures around the affiliate program.
Communicate with affiliates and update them with company sales, offers, promotions, and new products. This includes updating the Affiliate Facebook Group and sending regular emails to all partners and affiliates.
Nurture and maintain relationships with affiliates and partners.
Work with the marketing team to create assets for affiliates.
Work with the marketing team to create and build assets needed for the referral program.
Work with affiliate networks: Share-A-Sale, Commission Junction, and HasOffers/Tune.
Send products to affiliates for product reviews.
Deliver affiliate and referral marketing reports to senior management.
Work with the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
Understand and implement the principles of Story Brand.

Must-Haves

A love of people and offering value and helping other’s succeed.
Expertise with Microsoft Office and Google Docs. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
Excellent writing skills in English.
Self-motivated and willingness to expand knowledge.
Strong organization and problem-solving skills.
Background in marketing or advertising.
